Poached egg served on English muffin, with cooked spinach and topped with hollandaise sauce.
I cannot get enough of this dish. Hands down my favorite concoction.

Tonight I decided to try a new entrée from my local Raw Organic Vegan café, HealthEnut.
“A sprouted buckwheat vegetable crust with marinara sauce, raw vegan cheese and a variety of marinated vegetables on our pizza of the day.”
